Spent the day snorkelling on Agincourt reef right out on the outer reef, very cool, saw lots of coral & millions of fish. Great day.

We've headed up to Port Douglas for a few days. Spent this afternoon on "4 mile beach", very nice & not too many people. Had a walk around town & booked a couple of tours. Tomorrow we're out on the reef & the day after we're going to Cape Tribulation.

Spent this afternoon at the man made lagoon outside of our hostel on the seafront. This evening we went to Reef Teach & had a lecture by a marine biologist on coral & fish identification, so when we go to the reef we have a better idea of what we're looking at. Really interesting & the guy really knew his stuff.

We've just arrived in Cairns & its a lovely 27C. Our hostel is on the Esplanade & its literally right by the lagoon & seafront. Going to have a couple of days relaxing, as our time at Ayers Rock Resort was non stop & our latest wake up time was 5.15am.
