The last couple of nights, Jacklyn and I have stayed with my aunt, who lives between Mossel Bay and George.

Yesterday was a civilised affair. We sat in a restaurant on the edge of the sea, drinking and eating sea food. I ordered some oysters, which were particularly fresh. They pull a basket of shellfish that's attached to the end of a rope, dangling into the sea. Amazing food, and so reasonably priced.

Today however, we drove to the Bloukrans Bridge. Supposedly the highest commercial bungee in the world. (There is some dispute about that though.)

The bridge is 216m high, and the jump itself is a freefall of around 150m. There are two higher jumps, but both are controlled bungees I believe.

Either way, we both successfully flung ourselves off the bridge, and dangled merrily at the end of a rubber band. Very awesome!!
