We had heard of a canyon near by which you could jump of 18 metres high into the water, sounded like the perfect hangover cure! Climbing into the tuk tuk with the driver not knowing exactly were we wanted to go, we started in the right direction with the Essex lads following behind us. Struggling with the communication barrier we had to stop of several occasions to ask if anyone knew exactly where it was! After arriving and not knowing exactly how deep the water was the driver pointed at a tree at least 20 meters tall, we took his word for it! On the rocks you could see were previous people had jumped from and the walk back up which had been used, so without thinking about it we all jumped straight in, free falling for around 3 seconds which feels so much longer when you are actually falling! Adrenaline junkies! We then went to the near by cafe to enjoy lunch and obviously our favourite fruit shakes! Considering it was Rebekah's birthday and we have all been waiting our whole trip to see the tigers, this was our next stop! This time thankfully the driver actually knew where we were going. From the moment we decided to go travelling we were adamant that we wanted to go in with the baby tigers and this hadn't changed. We walked round and noticed people in the large tiger enclosures but as soon as we saw the Babies we knew we had made the right decision, they were so cute! As we waited to go in it suddenly hit us we were actually going in with real life tigers! Scary! It was absolutely amazing to be so close to the tigers, we were able to stroke them, lie with them and just in general watch them okay up close. They were so fluffy and certainly very active. At one part one ran up and popped his paw on Kelly's leg, it was very very scary! But luckily we all left with all the limbs we entered with and approximately 748749 tiger photos.
As it was Bexs birthday that night we decided to head on out for a nice meal. Just down the street we had noticed a wine shop and an "Italian". Turns out there was absolutely nothing Italian about this restaurant but for the food was so delicious! We also hit up the wine shop to grab some sparkling wine, should have seen the pure shock when we opened it and realised it was red. Ahh well all does the same thing. Next onto Zoeys bar. Buckets, tequila and beer! Fair to say we all fully embraced the celebration of Rebekah's birthday and got absolutely hammered. Kelly would also like to make a formal apology to her mum for telling her she had been spiked when in fact she can't handle vodka pineapple buckets!
