Waking up with a hefty hangover, the last thing we wanted to do was head out, but we are only in Vang Vieng once so we decided to get a tuck tuck to the blue lagoon and climb up into a cave, and what a away to sweat out a hangover in the mid day heat, with a 25 metre steep hike ( in flip flops!) up to the cave. It was finally the day we had been waiting for, one of the main reasons we had decided to visit Laos: tubing. Even after Dan Steinberg had told us it was illegal, we decided to give his silly remarks and rent a tube anyway. Tubing is in effect a bar crawl down a river in a rubber ring. All dressed in our tubing shorts ready for a hard days drinking we boarded the tuk tuk with our rubber rings and newest member josh in toe. Shock before we had even sat in our rub...

After an early night we were up and ready to hit the pool, trying top up these tans, however as per usual the sun was behind the many clouds that cover up Laos. So instead it was a day indoors trying to catch up on TOWIE. But as the internet wasn't so great we just sat there catching up with friends and family. Come 1pm it was time to hop on a mini bus and travel the 5 hours to vang vieng, a little town we'd all been looking forward to because of the tubing! So...
