Today we checked out of our hotel at 7:30 am, in order to catch a flight from Nha Trang to Hoi An. Once in Hoi An, we went for lunch at Bale Well. This was probably once of the best eats I have had since being here. They brought out a mound of food, which included pork skewers, spring rolls, lettuce, cucumber, and egg omeletes - all of these ingredients were to go inside rice paper, and then eaten.
