After sending our birthday wishes to the delightful Miss Roshni Shah, we headed out on our delayed trip to the KL Tower. After going on a little forest adventure over some rope bridges, we arrived at the base of the tower & stared up in awe. Upon getting in the lift, I asked the attendant how long it took to reach the top. '6 minutes' was her response. Looking at the size of the tower I just accepted her resonse & figured there was some poor hamster in a wheel powering the lift. 30 seconds later we were at the top of the tower, clearly the lady had not understood my question. After a nice long gaze out over the city landscape, we came back down & headed out for lunch before we had to head to Singapore on our bus. We bought our bus tickets on good faith that it took us all the way to Singapore. This clearly wasn't the case!! We got kicked off the bus at a station on the outskirts of Malaysia, but thankfully the driver pointed us in the right direction & we were able to board a bus to Singapore. We arrived at our hostel around 11pm & it was a shame we were only able to book one night there, as the facilities were brilliant considering the lack of money we had spent on it.(It even had an X-Box with Pro Evolution Soccer, or Winning Eleven as it appears to be called in Asia) Hence a quick gaming session before bedtime!!
