2nd October

Woke to another beautiful sunny warm morning, so we decided to go to Aqualandia. Aqualandia is a water slide park.We checked on the internet to see when it was open as a lot of these attraction close after the summer season. According to the internet it was open until 4th October. Great so off we went. It shouldn't have surprised us to find that when we arrived at the gate it was locked and had a sign saying it would reopen in May 2010. Why wouldn't be surprised you ask? Well it seems that the Spanish, not to mention the Italians are pretty slack when it comes to most things i.e work, organizing, street signs etc. Luckily there was another theme park called Mundomar right next door. So that's where we went. Mundomar is similar to Sea World, with extra animals. Matt and Alex went for a swim and a play with the Sea Lions. I think this was definitely a highlight of their trip. After the park we spent the rest of the day at the beach.
