Hello everyone! Hope you are all doing well? What a 3 weeks we've had! We met up with friends - Andy, Richard and Simon in Railey Bay, Krabi Province, the region is stunning with dramatic limestone formations rising out from the turquoise sea, very zen! Sa wat dii khrap! Hi everyone, hope you're all doing well? We've had a great couple of weeks, starting off with our Padi Open Water Course - 4 days with 5 boat dives and time in the pool for learning the skillls and an exam to finish off, we both passed with flying colours! We went to Racha Noi, Racha Yak, Annemone Reef and Koku Docmai, saw barracudas, box fish, angelfish and some nemo fish!! It was really hard work but a wonderful experience we won't forget....

KHAO LAK Coming to the end of 2 weeks of luxury and relaxation. A lovely hotel and great to have thai food and lush seafood again. Khao Lak was hit hard by the Tsunami but the area is recovering well, it's great to be able to help support the local economy. We've started each day with a run along the beach - beats the old run into work! Days have been spent chilling in the sunshine building up a nice tan, a spot of yogo and gym sessions, our reward = evenings ...
