Not much sleep to be had last night even with the amount of alcohol consumed before retiring. Lil is now a dab hand at making coffees which were most welcome this morning. Pancake morning at the campsite- massive operation feeding several hundred people pancakes. Tom tried hard to outdo the record of 13 pancakes and pulled up at 4 feeling somewhat ill and in great awe of the large man that had set the record!
We had another discussion with the ladies at the front desk who had a group coming into our campsite and yet telling us we couldn’t check in till 2pm into the cabin ‘just like in a motel’ which nearly had me in tears after paying them 80 bucks to sleep in our car last night. So went and found the cleaners who were more than happy to get the cabin ready for us and crisis and someone’s temper tantrum were averted. This cabin is the luxury ‘family’ cabin with separate rooms for bedrooms, air con in each and the piece da resistance - our very own washing machine in the bathroom. Set about giving that a huge workout and song very little for the rest of the day. Took kids to the pancake man onsite for dinner as that was all I could manage :)
Matt and I enjoyed a bit of Game of Thrones as had pay TV as well, before retiring to our King size bed.
