This house sit was advertised for period February until April, on arrival house owner wanted us to stay until August. They were travelling to Tasmania, then returning to Toowoomba for one night before heading to NQ. Rain solidly for two weeks, you could virtually watch the grass grow.

Could not see how previous house sitter mowed by hand, as stated by house owner. Ride on mower not working, too wet to use any way. After rain stopped mower repaired, grass mowing began. Steep block, grass very long, unable to see what was being mowed clearly. Very harrowing as mower tilted at a worrying angle at times. Possibly why previous house sitter mowed by hand.

After 3 months, decided that we would leave when home owner returned late April, as per original agreement.
