We stayed overnight at Echuca, visited the Port, a lot different to the last time we were there. Very much pointed at the tourist now, charge to enter the "Port Area", free to wander as you please the last time we visited.

The climb up was steep and over rocks, Wendy made it about halfway up, very good for her, I continued on. when I reached what I thought was the top, I discovered it was still a long way to the lookout, as I had a slip getting this far, I decided to turn back, it was more than three parts of the way.

We saw this wind farm and stopped to take in the enormity of the wind turbines.

This housesit is near Arrarat, very cold, wood heater going 24/7 for the whole time we were there. There were three horses to look after, moving in and out of paddock for feeding. Did not need to rug them as the owner had them rugged when we arrived. Getting the washing dry would have been a problem, except, we had our portable clothes line, which we set up in the loft (bedroom) above the lounge room. This stretch of beach is usually quite calm with small waves or ripples really. The weather turned quite windy and whipped up a bit of surf. There was even someone on a windsurfing board, doing jumps and acrobatics.
