You may have noitice your last blog ended abruptly. I am having trouble with the program but I am not sure why. Have written an email to their support.
Rava is just another one of the many picturesque bays in Croatia. We travelled about 20nm's from Molat.
The trip was uneventful, allowing us to take in the beautiful scenery on on the way. When we arrived the team did a great job in mooring, and the lady from the restaurant that the boat backed up to gave us all a welcome schnapps. (very similar to rocket fuel).
We used the opportunity to cath up on everything, and then had lunch at about 4.30. Cheryl and I had a nice spagetti, and Brian and Dianne an equally nice chicken dish. The establishment is very well presented, and i would say the building attached is also used as short stay accommodation.
It seems the main attraction here is a beautiful Alsation dog named Lucy. You can just about read her mind. But she greets all the guests, and is always hanging out for a boat load of kids to rock up so she can play with. This happened not long after we arrived when a German family moored.
We all went back to the boat and relaxed, I managed to catch up on some work on the computer.
Our evening meal was rather late, about 9.00pm. (but early for the locals). Brian and I had a couple of pints, and we all enjoyed a meat platter of chicken, onion, tomato, zucchini and their local sausage, Cevapcici. The platter was for two, but 4 of us shared it and we still couldn't eat it all.
While we were enjoying our meal, many more boats pulled into the bay.
Lucy the dog was keeping everybody company, and the kids absolutely loved her.
We got to bed pretty late, and had a good sleep.
We were expecting some rain last night, and Brian gave specific instructions to be careful as he was going to pull the hatch door across in cse it rained. Cheryl decided to get up early this morning to go for a walk, and walked up the ladder, and promptly knocked her head on the hatch. (Duh!) Not giving up, she then crawled under the hatch to get to the deck, looking like a propper clown,. When she got up and dusted herself down, the lady who owns the restaurant was sitting at a table having a coffee, smiling and waving "Good Morning" Cheryl was just a little embarrassed.
Whilst writing this blog, the girls have just found this very colourful cocky on the way to the toilets. I have attached the picture for you to see. It is a very big bird!
It won't be long before we leave. Just having breakfast and showers first. Another day in paradise. :)

Marty Made pancakes yesterday morning in honour of you 4. They were delicious but not as good as they would have been there. The places you are visiting look amazing and few tourists. Are you managing to actually sail?
Colin You are making me very envious!
