Alright, Alright...It seems that I spoke just that little bit too soon when I said that all was running smoothly in Buenos Aires... I had my mishap this morning, but luckily, it was only my Ego that was injured and nothing else.. I was absolutely 100% convinced that my flight to Peru was today, so, I got up REALLY EARLY (7am) and started getting ready to check out. When I arrived at the reception and asked the owner wether I could check out, I was greeted with a blank expression firstly, then one of dismay, then he started to type away vigorously at his keyboard and started looking at his spreadsheets. Then, he looked up and said in a bemused manner that I was booked into tomorrow... Yep.You guessed it.(And I know what you are all gonna say, so before you do...yes...it was a classic blonde moment for the books...) I had gotten an ickle confused and tried to check out a day early, which was confirmed upon a swift viewing of my tickets.Well, its a jolly good job that the man checked out when I should have been checking out, or I could easily be stranded at the airport now, waiting in vain for a non-existent flight!!!lol. Hmmm.How rather embarrassing. Luckily, the guy who owns the Hostel, Fredrico is really nice and didnt actually rip me as much as I would of if I was him!!lol.(Apparently not everybody in the world is as cruel as me!!!)lol. But, this did not prevent me from feeling absolutely mortified!!!hahaha. If its gonna happen, then its gonna happen to me, really!! Its my own stupid fault for not checking the ticket before the attemted checking out, I suppose!!!lol. You see what happens when Im left alone and to my own devices for a little while....lol!! Anyway, I decided to go back to bed and get a bit more shut-eye, as I have had a really bad headache over the past few days, and didnt sleep well at all last night. Plus, the room was empty so it was a good opportunity to revel in the fact that somebody wasnt banging and crashing around for once.(Well, apart from the 30000db buses that go past every 2 minutes past the window, but Im kinda used to that now!!!) I am going to go and have a little wander around now, and try and get rid of my headache.I think that I need to eat.I have just realised that I have had nothing all day,again, and it is now quater to six in the evening. Its wierd though because Im not even hungry! I dont know why but I have just lost my appetite... Besides, I dont want to go straight back to the Hostel, I will go stir crazy in there. By the way, I know that the pic for this entry has nowt at all to do with what I am writing about, but I am sick of the one that everyone puts on for every single entry for Buenos Aires, so thats why this random one is here!! Also, as always, I hope that everything is running smoothly in England and that you are all alright!! I miss you loads and loads as always, too-I cant believe that in ermmmm....3 days time I will have been away for exactly 3 months!!! A quarter of my trip!!! My, how time flies.....
