I'm back in Oz and would be excited but so damed tired after an 8 hour flight and taking into account the time difference. My mind thinks it's midnight and the clocks here only say 8pm so trying to keep awake with the aid of wine and the world wide web. Did not do too much in Auckland for my last few days - mainly city stuff like the shops, exhibitions oh and they had a comedy festival on so a few of us caught a local show on Queen Street (but they were not that funny). Well I think Linds & Purd have got some stuff (mainly drinking) lined up for me this weekend so I'll let you know how that goes and I'm only here for a few days before I head to Broome and the outback so some civilised drinking in proper bars before I hit the brutel desert-like lands of the north can only be a good thing (or at least that's my excuse). Btw, Chris & Bruce - I flew over Melbourne and did wave but guess you did not see me amongst all that rain.... Bye for now everyone - head about to drop on keyboard (big yawn...) Xxx
