Left Byron Bay, travelled north on the bus. The way forward is defiantely to take the overnight bus, it doesn't seem as long, you get to sleep and you save on a hostel fee!! The day bus from Byron took forever - used the battery up on my mp3 player, my CD player and finished my book - boring!!! The trouble with Australia is that it is sooo big!! so the bus journeys are soo long! Ah well Have just spent the last 3 days feeling like I was on a paradis...
