Nothing much different this morning compared to yesterday. Late morning I headed to MSAC but this time I walked rather than take Kats bike, bad idea because it takes so much longer. Anyways 32 lengths later with a wee sunbath inbetween my swim I was finished. I calculated it and turns out its 1.6km or 0.994 of a mile..
