We arrived in La Paz in the dark. La Paz is built inside a bowl so from the top we could see all the lights of the city below. We drove down into the city and the streets were full of market stalls and people hurrying around all over the place. It looked crazy! We left Tupiza in the afternoon and arrived in Uyuni at about 8pm. The altitude had affected me by making me really tired.
