Caught the overnight greyhound from Chicago the bus was excellent, leg room, wifi and leather seats. Unfortunately the passengers seemed to become more dodgy the further inland we went! We had
A guy who was making a bong!
A guy who played air guitar for 10 hours solid!
A girl soldier who was being stalked by her bunny boiling ex-girlfriend!
A grandmother who was going to rescue her daughter and grandson from her wife beating son-in-law (she knew he wouldn't change as he beat her other daughter who he had also been married to) and
A guy who was fleeing the army cos they wanted to put him in prison.
All this information was readily shared with any fellow passengers who cared to listen. I now know where Jeremy Kyle finds his guests it must be on the Greyhound.
I do however think Nick and I have a cheek for thinking these people crazy as we are camping for 2 nights in gale force winds with expected night time temperatures of 3 degrees!
I think we may sleep in the car!
