This morning we woke to this sunrise as we pulled into Port Charmers. The port for Dunedin which is about 10 minutes by coach to the CBD. What a beautiful town. A real mixture of circa 1850 and modern buildings. Population of 120k aprox. Again the main export is timber. We went to the Railway Gardens and meandered through the town. There was a huge craft market put on just for me - I am sure!
Last night we watched the funniest hypnotist I have even seen! I cried with laughter from beginning to end. This guy had 17 people of all ages doing the most amazing things from dancing, to boxing, milking cows, smelling perfumes and then opposing smells like garbage. So so funny.
This is our last land port. Tomorrow. We go through the Milford Sound but don't disembark. We then have 2 more nights at sea and then Sydney. I am already sad and after this, could easily do a 30 day cruise!!!
To celebrate Lila-Grace's birthday we are off to dinner tonight. This one is very posh so I expect there will be lots of food photos. Anyway more on that tomorrow.
Off for a swim now and talk later.
Love from the Two Cruisers.
Happy Birthday Lila-Grace xxxxx
