Well, we've just arrived in Sandakan on the east coast of Sabah, after spending the last four days freezing our bums off at altitude in Kinabalu National Park. Was quite the shock actually being cold (well at night at least) after nearly two months of heat and humidity! The park itself was amazing. After Kota Kinabalu, we headed south to Kinarut and found an amazing hotel next to the beach with swimming pool and everything. We didn't do a blog entry for Kuala Lumpur, mainly because i (tom) was abit ill again. But it was a very cool city, not what we expected at all and nothing like Bangkok. Well, Pangkor Island, beautiful place. I wish we could have stayed longer than four days, but we have to leave to go to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow.
