Hello.

The Turner's are finally on the rails. Going out our front door shortly after 10am for a very lovely Sell breakfast at the Vegan Cafe on Moorland Road (thank you Sell's, sorry Lucy was rushing to catch a train at the end, I'm afraid she didn't break that habit until we left the UK).

Now in Paris for the night in a hotel next to a cemetery, but don't fear it's not a dead end, we're off early tomorrow on the slow train to Grenoble to meet with the Jones'.

We have been blessed twice (at least) today, once by having our tickets checked during the two and a half minutes between Oldfield Park and Bath Spa so we learnt we must (and did) activate our interail passes by getting a stamp at Bath Spa station. Another by our circle line tube being held at a red signal causing it to change its terminus from Edgware Road to Moorgate, so we did not have to change. Thanks God.
