So after Hervey Bay we had a day stopover in Rainbow Beach which was a lovely quiet place. Then we made our way down to Noosa, our plan was just to stay for one or two days but we fell in love with Noosa and stayed there a week! We found a caravan park in Tewantin which was just on the outskirts of Noosa and it was full of posh grey nomads in really really posh caravans waiting for their houses to be built in Noosa (oh yah!) So when we arrived at the caravan park it was like moving into a new street, people came over to welcome us and then they went and told their neighbours about us....neighbourhood watch!!!

Noosa was just so relaxing for us, the main beach was so gorgous and the national park next to it was really nice, we got stunning views over the turqoiuse water and although Noosa is quite populated the local govenment doesnt allow buildings to be built over 3 storeys high so when we went up to the lagoon lookout the view was stunning, mostly trees and sea!!

We didn't actually do alot in Noosa apart from swim, walk, and admire all the posh properties around. We went to an open air carol concert one night and they had fireworks afterwards. It was good but felt surreal sitting there in shorts and t shirts listening to christmas carols!! We also treated ourselves to a trip to the cinema which was quite luxurious!! We didn't really want to leave Noosa, it was one of the places we'd love to revisit (maybe with a bit more money) and splash out a bit, maybe in the future!!!
