Tried to stay in a campsite 'Under the Tuscan Sun' style, but it was shut so we ended up staying next to the campsite near the woods, a peaceful night but no shower the next morning which is getting more taxing now that we have less options of swimming in lakes/seas. Daniel spent hours trying to fix the speaker but to no avail so it's back to the Foo Fighters unplugged (it seems the vocals disappear when you only have it in mono.) Off to Siena the noo.

Well for Cultural Encounters, i am thinking that Florence really tops it. More camera flashes in the air than a Brisbane mid summer electrical storm. Got into what was i think the most unfriendliest camping site, potentially in the world, Italy definitely. Uneventfulness of this town interupted when we were leaving. Upon our return to the Nad to get outta dodge, found that some ar$ehole had smashed the left rear view mirror and adding a nice black racing stripe on his side, rendering him deaf in his left ear and me blind from overtaking vehicles. Not happy. Spent the next hour cursing Italians, brining back the whinge about them cheating the Aussies in the soccer world cup last year another go.
