After spending two nights in Ljubljana already we still hadn´t gone into the town itself. Today we were cave dwellers in Slovenia. The tour around the Skocjan Caves was really impressive, you feel so small inside the huge cavernous depths so far below the earth´s surface. We were the only foreigners on the tour but we did have 30 Slovenian children on a school trip to keep us company so I felt quite at home. The campsite in Ljubljana wasn´t the easiest to find but after half an hour it sprang out at us like a cold version oasis. The site was pretty empty and understandbly so when the temperature was in low single figures.
