Well for Cultural Encounters, i am thinking that Florence really tops it. More camera flashes in the air than a Brisbane mid summer electrical storm. Couple too many beers after the horror quarter finals day in the rugby though made the Sunday very short indeed. Starting at about 5pm and going till about 1030 pm.

Still waiting to get into to see Michalangelo's David, as of course Monday's all monuments/museums etc are shut in Italy. Will keep posted on developments but plan is to head to the coast and get away from old crumbling buildings and opulant cathedrals and smell some sea air and maybe some fresh pasta to boot.
