Arrived in Harvey Bay mid-afternoon and to our surprise it was full of oldies! Lots of mobility scooter shops and funeral directors! We only had to stay one night as it was the departure point for our weekend to Fraser Island. Stayed in a wooden house with no mozzie guards at the windows.....Sarah was eaten alive during the night. She is obviously more tastier than me! Enjoyed the hammocks and the dog Nanna!

Moved again today this time to Rainbow Beach. It is suppose to have rainbow sand but all we found was normal and black...hardly a rainbow! The town here is so small and we are pleased we are only here for 1 night. There is nothing to do. Everywhere is so so quiet and even the only few shops closed really early. They couldn't even recieve a signal for Home and Away and Neighbours....shocking!

Guest what we did today.....went to the beach again. It was baking today and we tanned quite nicely. Watched Home and Away and Neighbours....very exciting story lines coming up!! ;-)

Changed hostels today to save a few dollars! Then went to the beach again.....what a life! Went for a long coastal walk which was really cool, although we did have to watch out for the bugs!! Met a great bunch of people, drank and played s***head tonight. It was more fun than it sounds!!

Left Brisbane today after sending our parcel number 4 home! Arrived in Noosa Head mid-afternoon and chilled out. Didn't do much at all today really!
