Laura and Sarah's Travels
Departed Cairns this morning nice and early for a day in Cape Tribualtion.
We stopped in Port Douglas first, not a great deal there.
Next was a stop at the Daintree Rainforest where we went on a massive long walk and learnt about the history and stuff. Did you know that the Daintree rainforest is the oldest in the world at 149 million years old? Now that is old!
After lunch we then went on a boat trip down the Daintree river croc spotting. We were very lucky and we saw 2 huge crocs. It is mating season and the water is very warm so they stay in the river most of the time.
