Laura and Sarah's Travels
Today we stopped at a remote village to experience a sevu-sevu ceremony in which th locals drink a drink made from a kava plant root. We hated it as it tasted like ditch water..!
Declined seconds!
We also we lucky enough to visit an orphanage where we took gifts for the children. They sang us some songs and then showed us around their home and church.
In the afternoon we went bamboo rafting down Wainbuka river and then onto the beach resort for the evening.
Late evening we had a meal and then headed down to the beach for a bonfire.
