Yesterday we walked out to get some dinner and it started raining. So we decided to get a massage for 4€ :D in order to avoid getting wet. It was the best massage I ever had.
Today in the morning, we went to the Ubud Palace and watched a ceremony. A lot of people were playing instruments there. Apperently someone got married a little while ago, so the whole main road is full of huge signs saying "Happy Wedding" "Congrats" etc.
Right next to the Palace is the Ubud Market. It is amazing what you can find in such little space. We went shopping and found everything there...herbs, cloths, bags, beauty stuff and even huge wooden and stone figures were sold there. It was great to bargain with the locals there and to find a lot of souveniers for our friends.
We also walked through some rice fields, which was amazing. You felt like in a different world with all the coconut trees and rice fields around you. Further down the main road was a cool bridge. It did not look safe and it for sure did not feel safe to walk on it, however, it was a cool experience walking on a bridge that was more rust than iron ;)
Tonight we are going to watch one of the traditional dances in Water Palace :) I hope it will be stunning .
