Although Nusa Penida is a quite small iseland, it is totally worth visiting. Some guys we met at our hotel told us about this amazing beach right next to Crystal Bay (our main beach). This beach is called the Honeymoon Beach as one is almost always just by themself (exept sometimes monkeys stop bye to say hi and eat your food). We tried to hike there, however, it was trickier than we first thought. We had to first climb stairs and then find our way through some fields before we had to go through the jungle and down some stairs. Well I do not know if you can call them even stairs. There were just pieces of stairs left and it was really hard to walk on them. But finally in the end, we made it to this amazing beach. We spent the whole day there. Nobody came by. We had the whole beach to ourself, with crystal clear water to go and swim in and with some amazing corals and fish.

The next day, we went snorkelling (although I am afraid of the water and afraid of fish, I went snorkelling :)...) But we did not just go snorkelling to see corals or little fish, we went to see Mantas. Mantas look like sharks but apparently they are not dangerous. (I still do not belive that). When they swim towards you, with their open mouth it looks so scary, but they are also at the same time beautiful. It was totally worth overcomming my fear and seeing them, eventhough I really felt sick the whole day afterwords.
