Thursday was our last day of teaching (properly), The lessons all went well and we think the children had finally learnt even just a little bit more English than they knew before...Only joking we were amazing teachers and they are now fluent in the English language as well as writing!! haha. In the evening all the teachers took us out to a Korean BBQ style resturant to say thanks for us teaching. It was a really nice evening, they gave us a present each (a really nice thai bag) and a couple of teachers gave us presents from them personally. It was so nice and generous of them!

Friday was our last day in Sanpakha, Throughout the day we juggled playing games with the children and packing up and cleaning the house. It was a really fun day - who knew playing games with primary school children could be so much fun! At the end of the day they had a goodbye ceremony for us. Some of pratong 3 did a few thai and pop dancing, with the older students saying a speech as well as Gone and Aree. We were presented with a report each of our stay as well as a certificate. Then, each student came up to us one by one to say thanks and most of them had made us drawings and cards...we even got a few garlands! Then they sang their "Goodbye my friend" song (several times) and we had a whole school photo to finish off the day. We then stayed at Wons house in the evening as her son was away, she took us to Fang in the morining and waved us off.

It was such a great experience to do this. We made so many new friends and learnt so much throughout the process. We were sad to leave but will definately go back when next in Thailand.
