Earlier morning than yesterday. Good breakfast again. We hopped on the bus for a tour of downtown Johannesburg. It was a bit of a drive in, and we didn't get off the bus at all. The downtown was large, but it was run-down. Apparently it turned into 'slums' as immigrants moved in and the businesses moved out.
After our downtown tour, we went to the Apartheid Museum. We were given quite a bit of time to look around on our own. The museum, although filled with some horrible things, we very well done, and very informative. After several hours, we were done and were able to have lunch in the museum cafe. Had my first coffee of the trip (I've been told South African coffee is good, and it is) and some veggies finally.
