• Meet at Southgate and leave at 8:30am to drive to Calgary 
• Check in at Calgary airport around 12:30pm
• At 3:25pm, depart on KLM flight KL 678 to Amsterdam - 9hr flight

• At 8:15am arrive in Amsterdam for a 1.5hr layover
• At 10:25am depart on KLM flight KL 591 to Johannesburg - 11hr flight
• 9:15pm clear customs and meet courier, from there get on the bus and drive to the hotel to check in (and sleep!)

• Guided tour of Soweto 
• Informal recital at Freedom Square
• Visit Pam's Crèche
• Independent Lunch
• Afternoon Rehearsal
• A 7pm joint concert with University of Johannesburg at the University

• Guided tour of Johannesburg
• Visit to the Apartheid Museum
• Independent Lunch
• Workshop with composer Sidumo Nyamazele
• Dinner at Carnivore Restaurant

• Depart by bus to Pilanesberg - 3hr
• Lunch in restaurant en route
• Arrive in Pilanesberg and check into Hotel (Sundown Ranch)
• Dinner in Hotel

• Early morning game drive in open safari vehicles!!
• Breakfast and Lunch in hotel
• Afternoon game drive in open safari vehicles
• Bush brain (bbq) dinner in Pilanesberg National Park

• Depart by bus for Johannesburg airport

• At 2:35pm, depart on Kulula flight MN 901 to George
• Arrive in George around 4:30pm
