This morning we flew from Dubai to London. The sun was still rising in Dubai as we headed to the airport. Tony must have looked suspicious at the airport as he was pulled aside so his bags could be checked at the airport before we could actually check-in. We got a pretty good view of the palm islands from the plane and Tony got a few snaps as we were climbing.

Got to London mid-afternoon and headed straight to our hotel at Hyde Park just near Queensway. Our room is like a cupboard and we can hardly even fit our bags in the room with the bed but at least we've got a roof over our heads for the next 5 days so we can get ourselves somewhere more permanent to live and start looking for work. Tony seems to have come down with the flu (most probably from going in and out of the aircon in Dubai).
