Franz Josef was a disaster for us!

The first afternoon was great with a walk up to the view point to see the glacier over the lake and then a chill out in the hot tub before dinner, sausage, mash and greens :)

Then the storm came... We were unable to go on our Ice Glacier Hike three days in a row, but they still made us go kayaking! It was pants!! Raining and cold, and the reason we wanted to go was to see the reflection of the glacier on the water... There wasn't any on this day!
