The Argentinian side of the Falls...
We started the day by visiting the 3-point border landmark, it's where the river comes together and you have Argentina on one point, Brazil on the other and Paraguay on the third. They all have an upside down chip cone painted on the colours of their flag!
We then went to the falls, it was so busy with bus loads of Japanese tourists, we decided to walk instead of the train :) we walked 12km in total, on the way back we missed the train as it was so busy again but our guide put her foot down and was adamant we wasn't walking anymore...bless! To be honest she was the most useless guide, if you asked a question she couldn't answer she would pretend she didn't hear you, and she was walking us through the guided pathways pointing at a sign and saying the name of that waterfall :-) haha it was funny! But at least there was transport and she sorted out immigrations at the border for us later.
The waterfalls were stunning and wet... So glad I bought my poncho outside ;) wait till you see the photogenic pictures!!
There was so much water and the spray was intense, we walked out onto a platform that took us right beside the biggest waterfall, it was crazy sights to see.
The Iguazu Falls are made up of 207 waterfalls, and the pathways took us through most of them and seeing them from different angles :)
When we got back to the hostel we were on the Brazilian side, and you can already see how much more developed the country is to the last. So we decided to treat ourselves to some normal food... Pizza Hut!!
