Chris and I took a walk down the long beach and ended up going over some bridge and wading through a lagoon to reach some cool bar at the end of a headland. Shame we weren't in the mood for a drink though but it was about time we did some activity!

Chilled in the sun most of the day and swam across the bay to get from my hotel to Cafe Del Mar where we watched the Cricket World Cup final and had a chicken makhanwala! Perfect way to spend the day!

The place was rammed, just as everywhere was in the whole of the resort with locals glued to the TV as their nation ran to victory over Sri Lanka. At the end of it were big parties spilling onto the streets, fireworks once again, and a lot of arrogant Indians! I was cheering Sri Lanka!

Had a nice meal for Nanna's 21st, but for some bizaar reason they didn't come out on her birthday! Bore off! So we got on it at another silent noise party, but a bigger, better, cooler one with three music stations to choose from with each of the DJs performing on stage. Red, green or blue on your headphones indicated the station you were tuning into!

After some serious dance and that ended up going to some after party at a beach bar on the back of a ped with a girl who crashed it and I ended up with a bit of an infected knee for a few days. But a beer and a some pizza made that better!

We were supposed to leave at 6.30 for Hampi. That went straight out the window for another day!
