Think long beaches of soft white sand, beautifully warm clear emerald seas, palm trees, rainforest hills, cocktails, cheap beer and blue skies, and then you have a picture of Koh Pha Ngan. Well maybe apart from the last one. You can't have blue skies all the time and have lush rainforest...its just pure science. Yes, if you've done the math, you will have gathered that it rained a bit on the island....but only in short thundery bursts, the rest of the time was enough time to top up the ever increasing tan! I think for the first time ever, i jumped into the sea....to get WARM! Yes indeedy, while fishing we were caught in a storm, got soaked through, so i jumped in cos the sea was so hot! Most of the day was chill time, but as you might have guessed from previous photos, night times are most certainly not spent chilling! And the island is renowned for its famous moon parties, whether they be full, half, black or whatever....the music is pumping and the drink is flowing! Sadly, the latter did get the better of me....and to cut a long story short, there is a distinct lack of memory of between 12 and 3! Certainly an experience though. T x
