We're still in Kunming...but where else would we be? Yesterday was a great day. We hired out bicycles (which turned out to be an experience in itself...lets just say a red light seems to have a whole different meaning over here) we ventured to a really nice little park on the outskirts of town and then visited Kunming zoo, which was really nice as zoos go. I got to sit on a camel and had my photograph taken with a seal, a giraffe and a 'herd' of deer. Really cool. We spent the afternoon in the arcades and the evening drinking and playing pool. We even went the whole day without buying any DVDs..what restraint! Seen as we are stuck in Kunming for the next few days, Dean has enquired about us getting work as 'extras' for a film they are making here in the city, which they need westerners for. He got a reply back yesterday asking him if he would be available for work this evening. This was the email he received: 'hi, tomorrow evening have a act is suppose in a America gay bar,we need to looking for 14man.if you intresting on it,please tell me.where you stay in?we will meet in Hamp in 7;30,and meet in camellian hotal in 8:00.and have bus take us to go to the place for act. I wish you can wear a colouful shirt.look sexy,like a gay.you just need sitting and whisper with your "friend". Jasmine' He's agreed to do it. I'm going along to watch.
