A kinda early start to Byron bay :) a small stop at springbrook national park to see the natural bridge. Actually had to walk to see it hehe. Not used to this walking on the east coast. The bridge n waterfall were def worth a look though.

Back on the bus n onto Byron bay. We got there abt lunch time n went to see the most easterly point, the lighthouse and the beach. It's a pretty cool town with the suffers n hippies n vw vans :) could quite hapily stay here a while.

No time for lunch as it was time to handglide. :) prob a good thing as I'd most likely be sick lol. Got picked up and taken to the handgliding point. A small platform off a cliff. Am I really meant to jump or run off that arghhh. I did though and in one piece. Got put in this sleeping bag kinda contraption and attached to the man and glide and off I went. Yes I was really scared but once off the cliff it was amazing. The views were breathtaking and just gliding around and down n in circles....soo cool :). Think I might be set for a skydive now hehe.

Got back from there n got some lunch n chilled by the pool :). None of us fancied goin out for dinner again...so we decided to cook. Cooking for 8 is a tough job but we did well :) was nice to have a home cooked meal after all the junk we been eating. Risotto n garlic bread mmm :)

Played some cards in the eve with a few glasses of wine. Learnt another game. a******.... And I got told I'm a rubbish shuffler hmmm
