Today was a chill out day at the gold coast. Everyone was kinda doing their own thing. Couple of us went to the QDeck tower which is the tallest residential tower in the world n has the fastest lift too. 77 floor in 43 secs :) has 360deg views too. The views were amazing especially cause it was so clear. No clouds for us today....woohoo. After that we headed for the beach. Luscious sand and huge waves in the water. Why can't we have beaches like that in the uk!...

Caught a ferry back to the harbour at 7.30. We were all a wreck... Lol it was badd. All knocked out on the ferry n then again on the bus. We had a 2hr stop for lunch in Brisbane. Another day of driving with a lunch stop at hervey bay :) had a really nice pie for lunch. We got the ferry to Fraser island at 3.30pm. Just 45mins there. Fraser is known to be the largest sand island in the world. Not many proper roads n u need a 4wd to get around. Our lodge was at the top of a very big hill known as cardiac hill. There were quite a few Hungover people this morn hehe. We had a long drive ahead to Rockhampton. Bit of a stopover on the way to Fraser island. We stopped in mackay for an early lunch. It was meant to be the centre of the sugar industry. I say meant to cause the cake I ordered could have done with more lol.
