Hi Sam, Arrrghhhh....I cant believe we are going to be clubbing it up Chineseeee stylieee in just a few days!! I can't wait! No home comforts required, just yourself and we'll be all set! How is the new office? Hope you are kicking some Islington butt! Dont forget your phone so I can call you incase of probs...
Bex, how come you are packing up your house now? I thought you werent going until Sep. And no, I did not mean to leave you my camera and printer, when did you thieve it??
Well done Ross for your cup, you would absolutely love Mongolia, they are horse mad, we went to a horse race yesterday which was over 15 km across the Mongolian steppe with 553 riders competing! And all the jockeys were all young children!!! Some were even riding bareback because they come from such poor nomad tribes they cant afford equipment!! I even went riding today on a real life horse for 2 hours, although now my butt is very sore.....Anyway you will love the pics!
Thanks for the message Grandma and Grandad, I have emailed your hotmail address.
Love to all xx
Sam

Did you mean to give me your digital camera and printer??? Thanks anyway. Have a wicked train journey, hopefully see you in August with M+D but got a packed schedule...I lead such a busy life. Luv ya Bex
Grandma/ Grandad
Dad just gave me the key to your new front door so we can now come in and get a lot of pleasure from your exploration, we assume that there is no charge.? You will be visiting places which we did not have the opportunity to do during business trips etc. Grandad was a member of NATO during the cold war and was not allowed to travel to Russia and related countries and judging by your 'photos we missed a great deal. The 'photo of you at the Ballet shows a remarkable likeness to your Auntie Sue when she was your age---you could say that Tim has managed to get "two for one"--brains and beauty, isn't he a lucky lad, Having read quite a few of the messages on your board we are now quite clear that you and your generation use a different language or should we blame it on the new communication form called "text messaging"? We can now look forward to following your progress around the world with great interest, we are so proud of you both. Witth our love and besat wishes---Grandma and Granddad xx
Tim And Deb

Lovely to see more photos - whats happened to the commentary - slipping already & youve only been away a few weeks. Too much fun and booze being had I think - its not fair.
PS Ross won Horse Ranger of the Year so we now have an 18 inch high cup with his name on it to clean for the next year - Fat chance! Tom has just finished 2 weeks work experience at a garage and is worrying us as he believes that he is now totally competent to mend anything wrong with any car. Dad is off to Malasia on 24 July and we will be following a few days later until end Aug/ beginning of Sep (with Nanny in tow - shes getting closer to you on the Great Wall you know)Possibly Bex as well.
Love you lots - Mum
Deb
Hi all,
Well done Melissa, you made buying a house look so easy...fingers crossed! Hi Layla, what have you been up to, have you finally moved in with the boys? Hi dad, hows work, sounds like you are still loving work, we are so excited about arriving in China..and we have already eaten some weird food including boar and elk steak. Hmmm tasty!
Hi Max, I will try and find you a foreign troll to bring back...how is your guitar playing? I am expecting a proper rock concert when we get back!! Especially if I am to be your roadie!
Hello Mike and Fiona, good to hear from you, don't worry I will be checking out all the property news in the Orient, will advise further!
Anyway, we are catching the train tonight to Mongolia to get drunk with the nomads on fermented cows milk!!
Love Deb x
Tim (Sorry)
Hello Lou,
sorry didn't mean to ignore you, keep me posted with any more lighning strikes, the weather here in Siberia is pretty freaky too, boiling hot to freezing and windy in seconds..., how did Mark do in his race, what was it 3 weeks ago now, wheres the info man? See you soon, X
Tim (Again)
Hi Bro,
Yes, have got you a russian doll magnet, will, prob wait for the first five before sending them, don't worry it's all in hand!!
x
Tim
Hello all,
Lots more exploits to report, from our russian experience, all the rumours of rudeness and boozing and general things being very difficult are true, but we've also met some unbelievably friendly and generous russians too. Everything here is an extreme including the weather, but I'll leave that to debbie in the postcards, including the exciting news of getting my wallet nicked and debbie finding it in a small childs pants....and a rather unfortunate swimmer in Lake Baikal.
Max, hope I'll be seeing some pictures of your troll back home if you manage to find one,
Hi Nana, great to hear from you, hope everythings going well, any luck with the house situation?? Glad you like pictures, are you aware that you're now officially a "silver surfer"!! Will be updating the pictures later, today is our last day in russia! See you all soon. Tim x
