After Cornwall, we headed back, staying away from the motorways as much as we could and keeping to the A and B roads. We picked a route similar to that we took six years ago which included an overnighet stay at a B&B in a tiny village in Herefordshire called Ullingswick. We found the village and the Elizabethan house not knowing for certain that it was still being run as a B&B but luckily it was! Nothing much had changed in the six years since we had been there and the same lady was running the house and she remembered us!

So, we are now back in Yorkshire, until the end of the month, to do the last of our visits to family and friends. Last night we had a lovely evening with the Mills family - Alan, Sue and Sarah and Sarah's boyfriend Martin. Congratulations to Sarah on recently graduating and successfully obtaining her first job as an infant school teacher. Also well done to her brother David for his A level results received yesterday!
