Day 42, 24 July 2014, Brussels, Belgium (I know, I know... still!) Good news! After checking out of my studio I tootled to the Italian bar downstairs, made a mug of coffee last 3 hours and used the wifi... life still in dire need of sorting... Heard back from the English folks about their place in Fuengirola and it's all on... Right. Booked a flight for tomorrow, found a four star hotel selling a last minute single room for only €44 (HUGE BARGAIN!) Onto the metro, into my king size superior room (really can't have been full with such a nice upgrade) and quite a while spent luxuriating in marble bathroom (pictured). Really cannot overestimate the joy in a good bathroom when travelling. So hugely excited - spent the evening checking out the Costa del Sol, things to do in Fuengirola, Malaga and Mijas etc and doing a final "pack for flight". Just never know what the future will bring. Off to sunny Spain tomorrow.
