OH MY GOSH!!!!! Where do I start???? 1st let me say Miami has been "off the chain" :-) Honestly this place is bursting with energy from dusk till dawn...the place is HOT!!!!!!! Ok so let me take a step back and start from day one...seems so long ago :-) (Oh by the way I feel like this entry will be pretty long...so go grab a cuppa and a few biscuits.... In mums case half a packet.....Hehe) So I arrived like 5pm on Friday evening, the ride down here was ok actually, went really quick and I met some really nice people. I got to the hostel ok which surprised me...this planning malarkey is getting a lot better I tell ya...(No need to worry Grandad Lee...) The hostel was a kewl little place called 'Jazz On South Beach' and was only 3 blocks away from the beach :-) which got me straight into my bikini...I had long awaited for this moment :-) the beach was LUSH LUSH LUSH...there where life guards buzzing round in their 4x4's and people skating around like the movies...it was great. I popped my towel down, stripped off...(was not as sexy as that sounds) and it started chucking it down...someone up there must not off liked what they seen. Hahahahahaha ohhhh I make myself laugh.... But it didn't damper my day...I got back to the hostel and started talking to my roomie!!! Who was an absolute super star may I say. She took me out for a little cruise of the city!!! The place was just getting better and better!!! About 8ish it was still really warm so we went back to the beach to do some nighttime bathing. It was brilliant...we went in the sea and just sat on the beach talking and looking at the stars.... Sounds corny but it was absolutely brilliant, I just kept smiling to myself thinking...OH MY AM HERE!!!!! BLISS!!!!!! The sea was so warm and lovely... although because it was dark n I know there are sharks out there somewhere I only paddled :-) Then off out.... Miami was an absolute brilliant night out, Derby on a Friday night will never be the same again :-( hehe. We went to this club called Mangos and it was HOT!!! See if you can look it up on the net. All these sexy men were walking around with there tops off and dancing on the bars. Haha. Sound sleazy but it was all apart of the Miami vibe I guess....and I was loving it :-) Sorry Karl :-) There were a lot of sexy guys and girls all over the place, a lot of surgically enhanced people :-) thought that would be more LA style but it all added to the fun of being there... Also Di I was drinking cocktails...at last, very expensive though...but worth the wait. They didn't have the blue savannah so I had another cocktail that had this yummy blue stuff in instead, so it was the next best thing for now...am still on the look out for it though. Our feet lasted till about 2ish after dancing from the minute we got there. But for saying it was my first night in Miami I had a great time, it was like I'd been here for years. I loved it!!!
