Yesterday we left Dubai sand took in Al Ain as a detour on our way to Abu Dhabi. We went to the unesco world heritage which is the Al Ain palace. Al Ain is a desert a oasis. The palace had many rooms but was really not that amazing when compared to a the title of palace.

We then continued on to Abu Dhabi. We met up with Alex for the Ramadan primer through nyu and for a private campus tour with him.

We then went back to the hotel checked in then arranged to meet up with Alex at a nearby Ethiopian restaurant. It was awesome we ate more or less with our hands but basically you would take a piece of sour bread and use it to pickup sauce stews and food and eat the whole bite and grab more food. It was amazing.

Then we went off to a shisha bar where we had shisha tea and a bit of a relax. It was also quite nice.

All in all a very good day.
