I’m again a couple days behind on my blogging. But the day before yesterday we took in the Sharjah art museum which focused on Arab art. It was alright.

Next we went to the museum of Islamic civilization in Sharjah. It was very good and had a section on religion including a cloth that covered the main point of worship in Mecca. It also explained the a great deal about Islam.

After that we went back to the apartment for an afternoon siesta.

In the evening we went to the Dubai mall. While there we went to the top of the burj khalifa. It’s the tallest building in the world by a long shot. This was pretty cool and it was noticeably cooler at that height when we were outside.

All in all a good day.
