We collected the blue beast(bus) from the Melbourne freight dock after a jet star flight from Launceston (incseton).

After negotiating the docks, Melbourne freeways, tolls, traffic, etc., we headed out of the big smoke for Wangaratta (Wang) to drop of the bus.

The next day an early start to head back to Melbourne for Uncle Dick's Funeral. It was a sad but very true and respectful service for an extraordinary man.

We then went to Mt Eliza and explored the beach and local fishing jetty.

Staying with Tim's Great Uncle and Unty Ec and Lesleigh Agnew at there lovely home in Mt Eliza we explored the local Royal Botanic gardens at Cranbourne which was truly beautiful. We also explored the city going on the kids first Tram, Vic markets and Federation Square.

After an extra 3 months spent in Tas getting the bus ready and staying for Philip and Baigal's weddings it was exciting as well as daunting to hit the road. it might take a little while to get use to this "big rig".
