Today was a non-action packed day, and that was completely by design. We got up bright and early to catch a bite to eat with Krista before she jetted back up to sweet sweet Canada, and then we walked as slowly as possible for the rest of the day. Sunday April 17, 2011 Ahhhh.....what a great first day. Had a relaxing breakfast at the buffet and then headed out to explore the resort. Wandered down for the first swim in the ocean. The beach here is more of sheltered reef, so the ocean swimming is phemonenal, but the snorkeling is supposed to be great. No biggie as long as we get in atleast one ocean swim each day! Saturaday April 16, 2011 3:15am....something wrong with being up at this time, even if it is to get on a plane to go to Mexico. We headed to the airport bright and early for our 6am flight to Cancun. It was an uneventful flight since there was no need to go through US Customs.
