Today was a nice relaxing day. We drove from Phoenix to Camp Verde. It was amazing to see the colors of the rocks as they started to change from grey and beiges to bright rusty red and burgundy. The landscape and vegetation was changing quickly as well. We were seeing less and less of the typical Arizona style cactus which is sad because we were so excited to see them.
